Write me a letter,
So I can know I still have a place in your heart,
And that I should open up and let love reign between us.

It’s the reassurance I want from you, that I am only yours,
And that you will never leave me.

I cherish the goosebumps I get after every sentence I read,
And how I blush from time to time because of it.
Write me a letter,
Tell me how much I still mean to you,
And how you still remember our first time.
Write me a letter,
So that even if you’re far away,
I can find closure in it with you.
Write me a letter,
That’s the best memory I want to keep in my heart,
Even on dark days.
Write me a letter,
So that when I miss you,
I will feel warmth through it.
Write me a letter,
With a million “I love yous,”
As it makes me remember the passionate moments we shared.
